In this modern era, where there are tough competition everywhere, Amal taught me 5 totkay’s to overcome real daily life problems. And those are listed below.

Amal Totkey

1- Self Talk

This step is necessary for every person because in this step you get to know your strengths and weaknesses. And you will also come to realize what to do or not to do. As in this step, you are talking to yourself, so you will be honest in your opinions which is the honest feedback you will ever get.

Watch what you tell yourself, you’re likely to believe it ―Russ Kyle

2- Get out of your Comfort Zone

After realizing your mistakes, its time to get out of your comfort zone. Because this is the most dangerous zone as it eats a person from inside and eventually makes a person useless. So it is necessary for someone to leave his comfort zone and take a step to achieve his goal.

You never change your life until you step out of your comfort zone; change begins at the end of your comfort zone ― Roy T. Bennett

3- Create new habits

The next thing which will help in longer run is our habits, so we should develop some positive habits like reading books etc.

Drop by drop is the water pot filled― Buddaa

4- Ask people help

When you do all the totaky’s the most important thing which tells whether you are doing it right or not is the feedback. Try to get feedback from the person you trusted most or you think he/she can give you the right feedback. Feedback is one of the most influential tool that helps realize your mistakes and tells exactly your weak point.

Humble people ask for help―Joyce Meyer

5- Fake it till you make it

If you want to achieve some goal, for example, if you want to become a leader, then start leading today because in a book “Think and Grow Rich”, the author said that if you want to be rich, start assuming yourself as a rich person and one day you’ll eventually become rich. So whatever is your goal, assume that you achieved it because after that your dedication to achieve that goal will increase more.

If someone offers you an opportunity and you’re not sure you can do it, say yes ― then learn how to do it later ―Richard Branson

  • My most favorite part is “Getting out of Comfort Zone” because then you you can know the difference between realism and idealism.
  • My short term goal is to increase my team leading and communication skills, that’s why I joined Amal Fellowship for practicing these skills on a regular basis.

For achieving all of these, one should develop a growth mindset first. As to develop a growth mindset in myself, I daily say to myself before starting any tasks that I can do it and I will do it and also I am taking responsibility of every problem which are happening around me.

Growth Mindset lead to higher achievements

To cut the long story short, I would say that self talk and getting out of comfort zone are the two important parameters for one’s success.

At last I will say only one thing;

“Nothing is Impossible, The world itself say I’m possible” ―Audrey Hupburn
